Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include delivery charges. All delivery charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and displayed in your confirmation email. Further, while we strive to display accurate price information, we may occasionally make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

DELIVERY

We will be making the delivery arrangements for your confirmed order. Delivery cost varies based on location. Please note that an additional fee may be attached for special delivery requests based on our sole discretion.

PROMOTIONS

We may offer from time-to-time promotions on the site that may affect pricing where such promotions are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms of Service, the promotion terms will govern.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Beluga Baby, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send it back (with proof of purchase) within 7 days of purchase for a refund, * or within 14 days for a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns on sale items; however, sale items can be exchanged for another size, if available. To check size availability for an exchange email us at info@belugababytt.com or WhatsApp us at 868-317-4034.Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging, unused and with all tags attached, along with the receipt. You are responsible for all delivery charges on returned items. Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) working days of our receipt of your merchandise.
