We deliver at your home or workplace throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

Shipping

We ship via CSF Couriers Services for an affordable rate of TT$27.00 within Trinidad and have an estimated arrival ship time of 24-72 Hours, once payment method is confirmed. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Once your order is placed, a customer representative will contact you to confirm your order and set up delivery information.

Tobago Deliveries

We deliver to Tobago at a cost of TT$42.00 per delivery, estimated arrival time of 4-7 business days.

Tracking shipment

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can click on the link and track your order. 

Cancellation

Once the order is placed, a customer representative will contact you and confirm your order and set up delivery information. If you need to cancel your order and the order has already been shipped, contact us immediately and we can try making arrangements to reschedule to avoid you incurring the delivery fee.

Tobago cancellations

Please let us know before your order ships if you may need to cancel your order. If notice is too short, you will incur the delivery fee of TT$42.00.

Missed Delivery

We encourage all customers to give the correct shipping address and a convenient time for your delivery, If you miss your delivery, you will incur the delivery fee. Rescheduling is an option, this will incur a new delivery fee of TT$27.00.
