Return and Refund Policy

At Beluga Baby, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send it back (with proof of purchase) within 7 days of purchase for a refund, or within 14 days for a store credit or exchange.

We do not accept returns on sale items; however, sale items can be exchanged for another size, if available. To check size availability for an exchange, email us at info@belugababytt.com or WhatsApp us at 868-317-4034.

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached, along with the receipt. You are responsible for all delivery charges on returned items. Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) working days of our receipt of your merchandise. Additionally, some payment methods may incur a 3% fee deduction.
